About the Role
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations at our financial education institute. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, managing walk-ins, coordinating batches, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide information about CFA, CA, and Financial Management courses
- Manage incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp queries, and follow-ups
- Coordinate student admissions, registrations, and fee-related documentation
- Maintain student records, attendance, and batch schedules
- Support counseling team in student coordination and lead management
- Schedule demo lectures, meetings, and faculty appointments
- Handle courier services, office supplies, and administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth functioning of front desk and classroom coordination
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in front desk, reception, customer service, or administration
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Presentable personality with professional behaviour
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Ability to interact confidently with students and parents
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in educational institutes, coaching centers, or training institutes preferred
