Job Title : Educational Counselor cum Student Success Executive
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Indore
Key Responsibility :
Student Counseling & Admissions
- Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, website leads, and social media inquiries professionally.
- Counsel students and parents regarding CFA®, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, and Advanced Excel programs.
- Understand student career goals and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
- Explain course structure, fees, batch schedules, certifications, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper inquiry and admission records in CRM or Excel.
Student Relationship & Support
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Resolve student doubts and provide timely support regarding courses, schedules, and learning platforms.
- Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for student-related concerns.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and positive learning experience.
- Handle basic escalation management and query resolution.
Product Development & Feedback Coordination
- Collect feedback from students regarding courses, LMS, app experience, and training quality.
- Share insights with management to improve course offerings and student experience.
- Suggest improvements in student journeys, counseling process, learning experience, digital platforms, and communication systems.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new programs, workshops, and student engagement activities.
Communication & Engagement
- Conduct demo sessions and orientation support when required.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, webinars, and student engagement activities.
- Maintain professional communication over calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Represent FinOptions professionally during counseling interactions.
Required Skills

- Ability to understand student needs and career aspirations
- Basic knowledge of finance courses or willingness to learn
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, sales, or student handling
- Experience in EdTech or training industry preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
