About the Role

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations at our financial education institute. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, managing walk-ins, coordinating batches, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and provide information about CFA, CA, and Financial Management courses
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp queries, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate student admissions, registrations, and fee-related documentation
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and batch schedules
  • Support counseling team in student coordination and lead management
  • Schedule demo lectures, meetings, and faculty appointments
  • Handle courier services, office supplies, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth functioning of front desk and classroom coordination
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in front desk, reception, customer service, or administration
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Presentable personality with professional behaviour
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to interact confidently with students and parents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in educational institutes, coaching centers, or training institutes preferred
