Job Title :  Sr. Software Architect

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

As a Sr. Software Architect, you will act as a technical bridge between multiple enterprise platforms, ensuring architectural alignment as systems converge. You will work closely with global teams while being based in India, translating architectural vision into actionable guidance for development teams.

This role combines strategic architecture with hands-on technical leadership, driving system integration,
platform migration, and overall architectural excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of multiple enterprise platforms and their integration points.
• Define and drive migration and integration strategy across systems.
• Participate in global architecture discussions and represent India team capabilities.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
• Communicate architectural decisions across stakeholders and geographies.
• Maintain and enhance architecture processes aligned with business goals.
• Document architecture decisions and maintain clear architecture records.
• Ensure alignment of development roadmap with architectural changes.
• Identify and manage technical debt impacting system convergence.
• Mentor developers and tech leads, building strong architectural capabilities.
• Establish architecture review processes and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architecture or principal role
• Experience in platform migration / system integration
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud (AWS)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microservices architecture
• API design
• Event-driven systems
• Distributed systems
• Experience working with both monolithic and cloud-native systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in global / cross-functional teams
