Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, as well as designing and maintaining robust Management Information Systems (MIS). You will bridge the gap between raw financial data and strategic decision-making, providing senior leadership with actionable insights.

• Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance

1. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP, as applicable).
2. Manage end-to-end closing activities, including provisions, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
3. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth, timely, and clean audit closures.
4. Ensure strict adherence to tax compliances, regulatory filings, and corporate governance norms.

MIS & Management Reporting

1. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive MIS dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
2. Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key deviations and business drivers.
3. Prepare high-quality presentations and financial summaries for senior management and board meetings.
4. Streamline data collection methods to improve the speed and accuracy of management reports.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Support

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the annual budgeting and rolling forecast exercises.
2. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and profitability reviews for various business units or projects.
3. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency across the organization.

Skills

1. Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial standards, and statutory compliance frameworks.
2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & PPT.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
