Job Role: Analyst / Assistant Manager / Manager – Fundraising

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualifications: CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred

Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in Project Finance / Debt fund raising / Infrastructure Financing

Roles and Responsibilities:

▪ Lead debt fundraising activities including identification of lenders, negotiations, and closure of financing arrangements

▪ Develop and maintain financial models, project cash flow forecasts, and investment analysis

▪ Prepare Information Memorandum (IM), presentations, and credit notes for lenders and internal stakeholders

▪ Manage end-to-end loan documentation, including term sheets, loan agreements, and compliance requirements

▪ Monitor project financial performance, MIS reporting, and covenant tracking under financing agreements

▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and investors

▪ Support project evaluation, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment for new opportunities

Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of infrastructure/project finance structures

• Knowledge of loan documentation, concession agreements, and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Preparing financial models, Information memorandum for lenders and project evaluation

• Maintaining healthy relationship with Lenders / Investors

• Prepare presentation / management notes for regular update

• Preparation of Project MIS, cash flow monitoring, compliance under financing agreement

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
