Job Role: Growth & Activation Specialist

Position Summary

As a Futures User Activation Agent, you will proactively engage with users who have Futures enabled but have not yet started trading. Your role will be to understand their concerns, address barriers, educate them on the product, and guide eligible users towards their first Futures trade while capturing valuable customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to users who have Futures enabled but have not yet started trading

• Understand users’ reasons for non-activation and identify their concerns, questions, or barriers

• Explain relevant Futures features, fees, leverage, and platform functionality based on the user’s needs

• Address objections and help users overcome genuine barriers to getting started

• Follow up with interested users and proactively guide them towards their first Futures trade

• Build rapport with users and provide a helpful, consultative experience rather than aggressive selling

• Capture structured customer feedback and reasons for non-activation

• Identify recurring product, UX, or process gaps and share insights with relevant teams

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, customer success, or outbound calling

• Proven ability to engage customers, handle objections, and drive conversions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up with customers

• Customer-first approach with a strong sales and conversion mindset

• Ability to understand customer needs and explain products clearly

• Experience in fintech, financial services, trading, or crypto is a plus

• Fluency in English & Hindi is preferred Key Skills & Competencies
