Job Role: Advance Analyst – Valuation

Experience: 6 Months to 12 Months

Location: Ahmedabad, Indore, Noida, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Well-versed in income, market, and asset approaches, including discount rates, discounts, and premiums.

• Strong grasp of three financial statements and key financial ratios.

• Experience in developing financial and forecasting models from scratch (preferred).

• Perform financial analysis, financial modeling, report writing, and company, industry, and economic research.

• Gather relevant data, plan and manage engagement schedules, and validate the adequacy and reliability of data.

• Review own work as well as teammates’ work to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Participate in client calls and discussions as required.

• Execute assignments and deliverables under the supervision and guidance of senior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Required: MBA from a Premier B-School.

• Add-on Qualifications: MS (Finance), CA and/or CFA (CFA Institute, US).

• Preferred: CVA, ASA, and/or ABV.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 6–12 months of experience in valuation and/or consulting.

• Prior experience with a valuation or analytics firm.

• Strong ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, seniors, and clients.

• Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
