Job Role: Associate Manager – Valuation

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad, Indore, Noida, Gurgaon Key

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of ASC 820, ASC 718 & IRC 409A, ASC 805, ASC 350/360, ASC 815, and Gift & Estate Valuations.

• Manage valuation engagements and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of deliverables.
• Lead and manage client communication and participate in client discussions.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery.
• Mentor and guide team members, supporting their professional development and performance.
• Contribute to team and plan development initiatives.
• Contribute to firmwide initiatives and support broader organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Required: MBA from a Premier B-School.
• Preferred: MS (Finance), CA, CFA.
• Preferred Certifications: CVA, ASA, ABV.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 5+ years of US valuation experience.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Big Four firms or leading valuation firms.
