Job Role: Assistant Manager – Valuation

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad, Indore, Noida, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of ASC 718 & IRC 409A, ASC 805, ASC 815, and ASC 820 across valuation engagements.

• Build and review financial models to support valuation assignments.

• Execute and manage valuation engagements in accordance with defined quality standards and timelines.

• Manage team allocations and effectively coordinate resources across engagements.

• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of deliverables.

• Lead client communication, including participation in client calls and discussions.

• Mentor and guide analysts, supporting their technical and professional development.

• Plan and coordinate training programs for team members.

• Contribute to hiring and operational activities to support team and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Required: MBA from a Premier B-School.

• Preferred: MS (Finance), CA, CFA.

• Preferred Certifications: CVA, ASA, ABV.

Core Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 4 years of experience in valuation and/or consulting.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and valuation standards.

• Strong client communication, analytical, written, and presentation skills.

• Experience with or preference for candidates from leading valuation firms.
