Job Role: Banking & Finance Executive / Associate

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / PG in Commerce or Finance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commerce/Finance graduate or postgraduate with a basic understanding of banking and financial services. The candidate will be responsible for supporting banking/financial operations, documentation, customer-related activities, data verification, and routine reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day banking and financial operations.
• Verify and maintain customer and financial documentation.
• Assist with KYC, account opening, loan/credit documentation and transaction-related processes.
• Understand basic banking products such as savings/current accounts, loans, deposits and other financial services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for required documents and information.
• Perform data entry, reconciliation and MIS/reporting activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes and applicable banking guidelines.
• Support the team in resolving operational/customer queries.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial products.
• Good understanding of MS Excel and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers with relevant academic knowledge can be considered.
• Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, insurance, loan processing, KYC or financial operations will be preferred
