Job Role: PMS onboarding Analyst
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Responsibility

•  Inward and physically scrutinize PMS and Custody onboarding forms and update Zoho
• Perform AML, KRA, CKYC, and World Check screenings for individual, corporate, NR, and digital onboarding cases.
• Conduct daily regulatory checks including FIU, SEBI, NBFC cancelled list, and MHA
• Monitor onboarding email inbox and respond to client and internal
• Share daily MIS on onboarding status, discrepancies, demise cases, and regulatory
• Coordinate with Sales Support, Custody teams (HDFC / ICICI), and Brokers for resolution of
• Upload AML, CML, custody details in Zoho CRM and send welcome mails to clients post

JOB PURPOSE

To execute day-to-day onboarding activities, ensuring accurate documentation, timely regulatory checks, proper system updates, and smooth coordination with internal teams, custodians, and clients.

• Support digital onboarding through CAMS platform and coordinate demat form submission to custodians.
• Follow up on demat account opening and share MIS for VPA mapping with operations
• Assist in handover of forms to internal auditors and closure of audit

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification &Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business
• 2–5 years of experience in PMS / Wealth / Custody Onboarding or KYC Operations

Functional / Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and onboarding
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and comfort with MIS and CRM
