Job Role: Audit & Assurance (Statutory Audit – Fresher)

Experience: CA Fresher

Location: Mumbai – Andheri (West)

Experience:

0- 1 year post-qualification

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute statutory audit fieldwork for listed companies, large private companies, and other assurance engagements under the supervision of seniors and managers

• Prepare and maintain audit documentation and working papers in line with the Standards on Auditing (SAs)

• Assist in applying Ind AS to client financial statements, including area-specific analysis (revenue, leases, financial instruments, consolidation, as applicable)

• Support CARO 2020 clause-wise analysis and drafting

• Perform vouching, verification, and substantive testing procedures

• Liaise directly with client finance teams to obtain information and resolve audit queries

• Assist in drafting audit observations, management letters, and draft audit reports

• Support seniors in finalising financial statements and audit deliverables

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI), 0–1 year post-qualification

• Articleship completed at a mid-sized CA firm with exposure to listed entities, large private companies, or Ind AS engagements

• Working knowledge of the Standards on Auditing, Ind AS, and the Companies Act 2013 provisions relevant to audit

• Comfortable with Tally or SAP and MS Excel; exposure to audit software (CaseWare, IDEA/ACL) is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Willing to travel for audit assignments as required
