The selected candidates will work closely on credit review, compliance verification, asset quality assessment, and branch operations while gaining practical knowledge of banking regulations and RBI guidelines. Qualifications:

• Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Inter)

• B.Com / M.Com Graduates

• MBA (Banking & Finance / Finance)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding of banking operations and financial products.

• Knowledge of RBI guidelines and banking regulations.

• Basic understanding of concurrent audit, internal audit, or statutory audit.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.

• Ability to travel to client locations within the assigned region, if required.
