Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Valuation Expert to join our team handling valuations for US clients. You will help with ESOP valuation, gift/estate valuation, 409a, ASC 805 (business combinations), and manage client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform valuations under US standards: business,409a, ESOP, gift/estate, and purchase price allocations (ASC 805).

• Build financial models, run sensitivity analyses, support assumptions.

• Prepare valuation reports and present findings to clients.

• Interact with clients: gather information, clarify doubts, defend valuation outcomes.

• Coordinate with audit, tax, and cross‑functional teams.

• Stay updated on valuation standards, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in US valuation, including ESOPs, gift/estate, and ASC 805.

• Strong financial modeling skills, Excel proficiency.

• Good understanding of US GAAP and relevant valuation rules.

• Excellent communication and client management skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
