Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Head/Lead to manage end-to-end projects in building elevation and fixing, with a strong focus on client interaction and relationship building in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams, including manufacturing, installation, and quality control.
Client Interaction:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the real estate industry, including developers, architects, and contractors.
• Provide regular project updates, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
• Engage in high-level client interactions to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
Team Management:
• Lead and motivate a team of professionals, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Quality and Safety:
• Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards, adhering to industry norms and company policies.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
C-Suite Coordination and Communication:
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with C-Suite executives, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the construction or real estate industry, with a focus on building elevation and fixing projects.
• Client Interaction: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the real estate industry.
• Project Management: Experience in managing large scale projects from conception to completion.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross functional teams.
