Job description

Experience: 5+ years in the MF, AMC.
Location: Delhi, Jaipur, Indore, Lucknow

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Increasing Assets under management through relationship building across large IFA’s, National distributors, Banks, and Direct clients.

• Responsible for acquiring clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services.

• Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size.

• Planning, formulating, and implementing promotional strategies at the investor and distributor level to increases market penetration and enhance brand visibility.

• This might include selling various MF products, managing relationships with financial advisors and other distribution channels (B2B), and directly engaging with retail investors (B2C).

• Selling of MF products to HNI clients by providing investment advisory across Banking, Non-banking, Institutional as well as Offshore investors.

• Maintaining good relationship with intermediaries like SCB, HDFC, MOSL, Kotak Privy, Aditya Birla, IDFC, RBL, Fisdom, Yes Bank, Tata Capital, IndusInd, Edelweiss, etc. Also responsible to on board, train and get business from IFAs across region.

• Ensuring seamless operations in the branch while strictly adhering to compliance norms

• Strengthening the channel reach and providing necessary technical and soft skill training.

• Sales RM will be provided a Sales Support and a Runner at local level.
