Position: Human Resource (HR)

Job Summary:

Role and Responsibilities

1. HR Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze HR data and generate meaningful reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision-making.

2. Manpower Planning & Budgeting
• Support workforce planning initiatives aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor HR budget versus actual expenses and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
 
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
• Manage and coordinate PMS activities including tracking timelines, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of performance cycles.

4. HR Automation & Process Improvement
• Develop and implement macros and automated solutions to streamline HR reporting and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.

5. Data Integrity & Compliance
• Maintain accurate and consistent HR data across systems to ensure reliable reporting and compliance with organizational standards.

6. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Conduct HR interview rounds and support the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding processes, including induction and employee integration.

7. Payroll Coordination
• Coordinate payroll activities, ensuring timely data submission.

 Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Experience managing large employee populations (2000+) across multiple geographies and business/product lines.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to African operations will be an added advantage.
