Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
We are seeking for an experienced Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. The role will be responsible for preparing and managing compensation and benefits programs for our employees worldwide. The position will report to the Total Rewards Manager, and she/he will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support in developing and implementing the compensation and benefits programs that are aligned with the company’s global strategy and objectives.
• Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and compliant with local regulations and market trends with appropriate studies.
• Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives.
• Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants.
• Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Support annual compensation and benefits review process with accurate data management.
• Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are communicated effectively to employees with the timely query management.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a global compensation and benefits role, preferably in a commodities or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, including non payroll.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent Excel knowledge along with PPT skill.
• Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with HR information systems is a plus.
