Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Andheri East (Mumbai) 

You will oversee all operational aspects of travel projects to ensure smooth and efficient execution, while aligning with business goals

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Operations team to deliver optimal proposals and ensure flawless execution of tours.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Sales teams to understand customer requirements completely and communicate to members of Operations team effectively and guide them.
• Finalize the itinerary with team and ensure operational feasibility and alignment with customer needs
• Get the costing done on/before deadline, approve and get it approved by higher authorities, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
• Oversee negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain profitability
• Lead cross functional coordination among all the functional teams
• Drive innovation by exploring and building new destinations and products.
• Maintain comprehensive database of suppliers, products and presentations
• Monitor competitors’ pricing and enhance company’s products.
• Provide leadership during major tours and assist remotely when required.

Skills Required:
• MBA preferably and proven leadership experience of minimum 10 years in travel industry .
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience in global travel destinations and trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS office
