Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for JMC positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay informed about best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the organization’s recruitment process.
• Leverage technology and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
• Analyse data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new executive hires.
• Collaborate all departments to facilitate new hire orientation and integration.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of onboarding programs.
• Coordinate with depot HR about pilot and staff onboarding and briefing the corporate HR
