Role and Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation & Client Outreach
• Proactively source new business: cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing industry
• contacts in MP, CG, and across India.
• Target interior designers, architects, real-estate developers, and high-net-worth homeowners.
● B2B Relationship Management
• Foster strong partnerships with top-tier interior design firms and architects.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads from architects/designers and designers’
• referrals.
● Sales Presentations & Closing
• Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations showcasing product ranges, finishes, and customization options.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and contracts to close deals effectively—on time and within targets.
● Sales Targets & Forecasting
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals.
• Report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership weekly.
Qualifications & Skills :
• 4+ years in business development or sales within luxury furniture, interior products, or German kitchens.
• Strong network with architects, interior designers, and developers in India → proven ability to close B2B deals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to forecast and manage pipeline effectively.
• Comfortable making cold calls, following up diligently, and managing CRM tools.
• Willing to travel within MP, CG, and pan-India as needed.
