Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves extensive market research, client engagement and coordination with various departments to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Identify and pursue potential new and existing clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with potential clients and arrange for business meetings
• Pursue with potential clients at regular intervals to receive potential Queries.
• Meeting with potential clients and convincing with our proposals for converting the Queries into Sales Projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and industry partners.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Prepare and present proposals and sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Close sales deals and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
3. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
• Develop and execute business development plans and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Identify and participate in relevant industry events, trade shows and conferences.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Analyse competitor activities and industry trends to develop effective business strategies.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide feedback and insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
6. Team Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
