Job description

Experience – 2+ years
Location – Andheri West, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:
β€’ Coordinate with external asset managers, banks, and financial advisors to optimise investment returns and ensure alignment with the family’s objectives.
β€’ Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities and provide financial analysis and risk assessments.
β€’ Monitor and manage the family’s investment portfolio, including equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity, and alternative assets.
β€’ Prepare investment summaries and presentations for family principals and advisors.
β€’ Maintain detailed investment records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and family policies.
β€’ Track and report on portfolio performance, asset allocation, and market trends.
β€’ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual Portfolio reports for family principals.
β€’ Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial and legal standards.

Qualification:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
β€’ CPA, ACCA, or CFA designation strongly preferred. NISM certified preferred.

Work Experience & Skills:
β€’ 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally including experience in a Family Office or private wealth management environment.
β€’ Solid understanding of multi asset class investing and financial reporting principles.
β€’ High proficiency in Excel and investment tracking software (M profit).
β€’ Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
