Roles and Responsibilities
β’ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for JMC positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions.
β’ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
β’ Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
β’ Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
β’ Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs.
β’ Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
β’ Stay informed about best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the organization’s recruitment process.
β’ Leverage technology and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
β’ Analyse data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
β’ Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new executive hires.
β’ Collaborate all departments to facilitate new hire orientation and integration.
β’ Monitor and evaluate the success of onboarding programs.
β’ Coordinate with depot HR about pilot and staff onboarding and briefing the corporate HR
