Experience Required: 2+ Years
Location: Mumbai, Andheri East (Saki Vihar)

Manage the day to day operational tasks, ensuring smooth planning and execution of tours, maintaining efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in discussions with Business Development and Sales teams to understand requirements of customers.
• Prepare and finalise proposals, including itinerary details
• Develop detailed costing sheets and terms
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best rates, ensuring profitability
• Oversee the execution of confirmed tours.
• Research new destinations and build products
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, products and presentations.
• Assist tour managers during live tours with problem solving.

Skills Required:
• Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in travel industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in costing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Proficiency in MS office and CRM tools
