Role and Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Β  β€’ Proactively source new business: cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing industry
Β  β€’ contacts in MP, CG, and across India.
Β  β€’ Target interior designers, architects, real-estate developers, and high-net-worth homeowners.

● B2B Relationship Management
Β  β€’ Foster strong partnerships with top-tier interior design firms and architects.
Β  β€’ Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads from architects/designers and designers’
Β  β€’ referrals.

● Sales Presentations & Closing
Β  β€’ Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations showcasing product ranges, finishes, and customization options.
Β  β€’ Negotiate pricing, scope, and contracts to close deals effectivelyβ€”on time and within targets.

● Sales Targets & Forecasting
Β  β€’ Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals.
Β  β€’ Report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership weekly.

Qualifications & Skills :
Β  β€’ 4+ years in business development or sales within luxury furniture, interior products, or German kitchens.
Β  β€’ Strong network with architects, interior designers, and developers in India β†’ proven ability to close B2B deals.
Β  β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Β  β€’ Strategic mindset with ability to forecast and manage pipeline effectively.
Β  β€’ Comfortable making cold calls, following up diligently, and managing CRM tools.
Β  β€’ Willing to travel within MP, CG, and pan-India as needed.
