Operational Leadership:
• Manage and oversee all operational activities within the Private Wealth Division, specifically for PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds).
• Ensure efficient and timely processing of transactions, including trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client portfolios and transactions.
• Implement and maintain robust operational controls and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Client Service:
• Provide excellent client service and address client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that client service standards are consistently met.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and manage operational risks, and implement appropriate controls to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes.
Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operations professionals.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure that team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends and issues, and recommend solutions.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Extensive experience in operations, particularly within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of PMS and AIF products and processes.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing teams and budgets.
• Proficiency in relevant technology and systems.
