Location -Mumbai (BKC)
Position Summary – We are looking for a professional with expertise in the Mumbai office leasing market to provide tailored solutions and engage clients proactively. Key responsibilities include negotiating leases, managing inventory, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and driving business development. The role also involves leveraging the Company Global Network for referrals and tracking deals using company IT systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand client issues
• Experience on live mandates and deal closure will be preferred within Technology sector
• Have good working experience of financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Research skills and building comparable valuation multiples
• Ability to build an understanding of an industry
• Provide support to the team in executing M&A and Private Equity fund raise transactions
• Risk Management
• Support on marketing pitches for M&A transactions
• Independent charge of financial modeling
• Prepare deliverables for engagements
Key Responsibilities :
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of the market, particularly in office leasing within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
• Employ a strategic mindset, especially when crafting tailored solutions for clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to offer commercial real estate office leasing solutions.
• Deepen understanding of available inventory and solutions in the MMR to provide informed recommendations.
• Tailor pitches and proposals based on client needs and available inventory options to secure successful outcomes.
• Utilize Company IT systems to efficiently track inventory and update progress on each deal.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with tenants, property agencies, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate optimal solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in negotiating leasing transactions, supporting and collaborating with the Team Leader.
• Cultivate and maintain existing relationships with business partners while actively pursuing new opportunities with potential tenants.
• Support the initiation of business development activities for both existing and new clients through various channels.
• Respond promptly to business referrals generated by the expansive Company Global Network.
Core Competencies & Role Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the Commercial Real Estate Industry
• Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and leasing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate leasing transactions and close deals successfully
• Proficiency in using CRM and property management software for tracking inventory and deal progress.
