Location: Indore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai
Experience Required: 1-2 years
Roles and Responsibilities-
• Building relationships with and service and manage high net worth customers (HNIs).
• Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the HNI B2C relationships.
• Generate growth in AUM and revenue streams that will ensure delivery of the financial plan and achievement of the business objectives through effective B2C acquisition and management of portfolio of clients.
• To achieve individual targets against Key Performance Indicators, including revenue targets, to grow B2C base, AUM and account profitability while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
• Deftly handling & interacting with various HNI & UHNI clients to generate, repeat & referral business dealing in diverse range of products including MF, Wealth Management, AUM, PMS services.
• Arrange, manage and attend appointments with clients.
• Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
• Providing financial planning and investment advice to clients keeping in mind client’s profile and needs. Should recommend products across asset classes.
• Acquisition & Servicing of High-Net-Worth customers.
• Conduct research on clients/prospects, industries, competitors, organizations, and conferences; market analyses, marketing opportunities, and other business development efforts to drive volume.
• Manage the existing portfolio & generating more leads from the existing ones & deal with all kinds of investment propositions & wealth advisory services.
• Networking and building relationships with existing and prospective clients and positioning Wealth as a brand to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong academic track record in the related disciplines of Banking and Finance, Economics, Mathematics and Accounting.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the financial services industry, with some background in advising retail customers on investment strategies and asset allocation.
• Should have their own B2C base and must have skills to generate revenues.
• Should have superior knowledge of wealth management, good presentation skills, and an understanding of customer relations tactics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office word, excel and power point applications.
• Good Command over English & Hindi language, written and verbal both.
• Self-driven, highly motivated and able to work as a team player.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality; you are confident when interacting with people of higher seniority.
• Willing to take initiative and ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across functional and geographical teams.
• A financial planning background and/or CFA and CFP certificates are bonus points.
