Job Title : Digital Marketing cum SEO Specialist

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Indore

SEO Responsibilities

  • Perform keyword research for finance-related courses such as CFA®, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, and Advanced Excel.
  • Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for Google rankings.
  • Work on On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
  • Improve rankings for target keywords related to finance education and training.
  • Create SEO-friendly blogs and AI-search optimized content.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly SEO reports.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

  • Handle social media marketing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Generate quality leads for courses, workshops, and seminars.
  • Create engaging marketing content including Reels, Posters, Carousels, Ad creatives, Captions & hashtags.
  • Work closely with the design and content team for campaign execution.
  • Handle WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and student engagement campaigns.

FinOptions Application & Platform Management

  • Handle and manage FinOptions mobile applications and digital learning platforms.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for app updates, issue tracking, and feature improvements.
  • Upload and manage course-related content, notifications, banners, and announcements on the application.
  • Monitor app performance, student activity, and user engagement.
  • Assist students with basic app-related support and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of LMS, online sessions, and digital student experience.

Website & Content Responsibilities

  • Upload blogs and optimize content on WordPress websites.
  • Maintain SEO structure and website performance.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical SEO and website improvements.
  • Ensure proper internal linking, content optimization, and page indexing.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with WordPress and LMS platforms
  • Basic technical understanding of mobile applications/web platforms
  • Knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, and Meta Business Suite
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, IT, Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing & SEO
  • Experience in EdTech industry preferred
  • Freshers with strong practical skills can also apply
