We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive / Manager to join our team. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their retail branding needs, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions. One will act as the bridge between the client and the internal creative, design, and execution teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the retail branding space.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable internal briefs for design, production, and execution teams.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from ideation and design to fabrication and on-ground execution in retail spaces.
• Prepare presentations, quotations, timelines, and other client communication materials.
• Ensure all client deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and suggesting creative retail branding solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive alignment, manage timelines, and resolve issues proactively.
• Track project budgets and assist in billing, documentation, and reporting.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related field.
• 2-4 years of client servicing or account management experience in retail branding, advertising, or experiential marketing agency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• A good understanding of retail environments, consumer journeys, and brand communication in physical spaces.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of design tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (for client meetings or site visits as required).
• Excellent communication an interpersonal skill.
