Job description

Experience – 4 to 5 Years
Location – Mumbai (Work from Office / Hybrid based on company policy)

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Design, develop, and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Projects, Desk, Books, etc.) based on business needs.
β€’ Create workflows, functions, automation, and integrations across Zoho ecosystem and with third-party applications.
β€’ Manage API integrations to connect Zoho with other platforms (ERP, HRMS, Accounting tools, etc.)
β€’ Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, reports, and dashboards to improve usability and performance.
β€’ Develop Deluge scripts to implement advanced business logic.
β€’ Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing Zoho systems.
β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver effective outcomes.
β€’ Stay updated on Zoho’s latest features, upgrades, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
β€’ 4–5 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho Suite (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, Projects, etc.).
β€’ Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and workflow automation.
β€’ Experience in Zoho API integration and third-party tool connectivity.
β€’ Sound knowledge of database concepts, business process automation, and reporting.
β€’ Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
β€’ Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem solving skills.
β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:
β€’ Experience with Zoho Analytics and advanced reporting.
β€’ Knowledge of REST APIs, HTML, JavaScript for custom integrations.
β€’ Exposure to other CRMs or ERP tools.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
