Experience: 5+ Years
Education: Grad in Tech / MBA IT+ Grad Finance
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and Enhancements to existing applications
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement,and developing and implementing solutions
• Preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD)/ Functional Specification document (FSD)/ SPEC
• Participation in HLD/macro level design and LLD/micro-level design and Prototyping.
• Proficient in GAP analysis
• Hands-on experience in writing Epics, Feature and User stories.
• Understand, design, and document financial product requirements
• Reporting to the client and management on software/ application status and updates Periodic testing applications & review the possibilities of enhancements
• Coordination with the software development and testing team.
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Any understanding of Data Warehouse, BI tools, and prototyping is a plus.

Key Skills: Data Analysis & visualization, Product backlog management, Scrum & agile methodologies, communication skills, US capital market.

Financial knowledge:
• Requires knowledge of financial terms, Ratio analysis, financial statements, revenue, and
• Cost drivers of a company. Understanding the capital market would be an added benefit.
