Key Responsibilities –
β’ Achieve sales and business targets set by top management.
β’ Oversee the entire sales cycle β from proposal preparation to client feedback post-tour.
β’ Supervise both Business Development and Sales Executives, ensuring effective lead generation and timely conversions.
β’ Coordinate with the Operations team for prompt proposal delivery and flawless tour execution.
β’ Liaise with the Marketing team to enhance brand visibility and support promotional activities.
β’ Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
β’ Track team performance, maintain reports, and ensure timely achievement of sales goals.
