Job description

Job Title : Sales RM (Mutual fund)

Experience: 2+ years

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client and distributor relationships through physical meetings and online interactions
  • Handle client and distributor queries through phone calls and emails
  • Resolve client escalations by coordinating with internal teams
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and track performance and numbers
  • Prepare and maintain Sales MIS and related reports
  • Perform accurate data entry and portfolio updates
  • Support product onboarding and ensure completion of required documentation
  • Conduct client calls and online meetings for product updates
  • Prepare and deliver distributor presentations
  • Conduct client/distributor connect programs to strengthen engagement
  • Analyse competition activity and share market insights
  • Support people management and internal coordination activities
  • Record daily meetings in the CRM system on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience

Qualification

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory.

 

 Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales support, or distribution management
  • Experience in client-facing roles, portfolio handling, or MIS reporting
  • Exposure to product onboarding, client servicing, or distributor management preferred

  • Client and distributor relationship management
  • Portfolio performance tracking and Sales MIS
  • Query handling, escalations, and documentation
  • Product onboarding, client calls, and presentations
