Experience: 7+ Years in Mutual Fund Retail Sales
Location: Vadodara
We are looking for an experienced Mutual Fund Retail Sales professional with strong exposure to MFD / IFA channels. The role involves expanding the distributor network, increasing AUM, and driving mutual fund sales through retail intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Distributor & Relationship Management
• Develop, manage, and expand relationships with MFDs, IFAs, and Independent Distributors
• Onboard new distributors and activate inactive MFDs
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and engagement programs with distributors
2. Sales & Business Development
• Drive AUM growth, SIP inflows, and lump-sum investments
• Achieve assigned sales targets (AUM, SIP, Folios)
• Promote mutual fund schemes across equity, debt, hybrid, and passive products
• Execute product launches and NFO campaigns
3. Market & Distributor Support
• Organize distributor training programs, seminars, and investor awareness initiatives
• Provide product knowledge, market updates, and sales support to MFDs/IFAs
• Assist distributors in client acquisition and portfolio positioning
4. Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate MIS and sales reports
• Ensure adherence to AMFI, SEBI, and company compliance norms
• Track competitor activity and market trends
Experience & Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in Mutual Fund Retail Sales (MFD / IFA channel)
• Graduate (MBA – Finance preferred)
• AMFI Certified (Mandatory)

• Strong distributor relationship management skills
• Sound understanding of mutual fund products and capital markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven with strong execution capability
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Net sales & AUM growth
• SIP registrations and ticket size growth
• Number of active MFDs / IFAs
• Distributor productivity
Preferred Background:
• Experience with AMC, MF, Wealth Management firm, or Distribution house
• Established MFD/IFA network in the assigned geography
