Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage and allocate QC personnel based on availability, competency, and shipment priority.
• Oversee and ensure compliance of all Pre Shipment and Post Procurement inspection activities.
• Ensure collection and verification of container loading photographs, including:
o Before container door closing
o After loading completion
• Ensure inspection reports, sample reports, and supporting photographic evidence are collected, reviewed, and properly documented.
• Review item-wise verification of, Net weight, Gross weight, CBM (LBH of master cartons)
• Ensure deviations between actual shipment data and item master data are clearly identified, highlighted, and documented.
• Team Handling and international exports and imports
• Coordinate with suppliers to reconcile leftover or unstuck goods, confirming quantities against internal records and supplier confirmations.
• Ensure final consolidated QC & shipment report is submitted to the Head of Department covering:
o Quantity discrepancies
o Packaging issues
o Leftover goods status
• Drive continuous improvement in inspection accuracy, documentation standards, and supplier compliance.

Experience Required:
• Must have good knowledge of FMCG or Food products.
• Must have good knowledge of export loading, inspection, quality checking, inventory management and sample tracking system.
• Good communication skills will be an asset as required communicating with Logistic / Shipping department of supplier and our own in order to plan outside QC inspection.
• Good computer knowledge like MS office, Power Point, Photoshop will be needed to update photos and loading data send by outside QC in the system.
