Job Purpose:
The Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing management dashboards and reports that support leadership decision-making. The role focuses on automating reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to improve overall business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for senior leadership to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Manage end-to-end MIS and reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of data shared with stakeholders.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize turnaround time.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and adherence to reporting standards.
• Continuously improve reporting methodologies and visualization techniques to enhance clarity and impact.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mind-set.
• Proficiency in dash boarding and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
• Experience in automation of reports using formulas, macros, SQL, or BI tools.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple reporting timelines.
  
  
  Qualification:
  
  
• 3–7 years of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in analytics or BI tools will be an added advantage.
