Role and Responsibilities
Pre-recruiter Activities
1. Review of JD for open position and MRF approved and received from HR Head and CHRO Recruitment
2. Understanding and analyzing the Requirements and matching the Profile of the candidates as per the requirements.
3. Sending emails and correspondence with candidates and consultants
4. Sourcing & screening the right candidates Profile from the job portals like Calling and arranging interview FTF with shortlisted CV Candidates Recruitment
Recruitment and Onboarding Process
1. Taking Time and arranging interviews with HOD and department heads Recruitment
2. Conducting HR round for Shortlisted Candidates Recruitment
3. Coordinating with candidates finally selected for Pre-employment Documentation Recruitment handover docs
4. Communicating with Selected candidates about the offer letter and joining formalities Recruitment
5. Continuous Follow with the offered candidate until joining and onboarding.
6. Joining formalities and Documentation process to be complete and handover to the respective Department
7. Employee file to prepare and hand over to Payroll and HOD.
Attendance Management
1. Prepare the day-to-day attendance reportβlocation-wiseβand send it to management.
2. Attend to the queries of employees related to Attendance & leaves.
3. Verification of Monthly Attendance
HR MIS
1. Update the various HR reportsβJoiners report, Attrition report
2. Recruitment trackerβopen vs closed position status
3. Interview Status Report.
4. Interview Schedule Report
5. Recruitment subscription report
6. Other reports as & when management require
Qualifications
Graduate from any field with a GDHRMβHR is an added advantage
