Job description

Role and Responsibilities

1. HR Data Analysis & Reporting
β€’ Analyze HR data and generate meaningful reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
β€’ Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision making.

2. Manpower Planning & Budgeting
β€’ Support workforce planning initiatives aligned with business requirements.
β€’ Monitor HR budget versus actual expenses and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)
β€’ Manage and coordinate PMS activities including tracking timelines, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of performance cycles.

4. HR Automation & Process Improvement
β€’ Develop and implement macros and automated solutions to streamline HR reporting and operational processes.
β€’ Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.

5. Data Integrity & Compliance
β€’ Maintain accurate and consistent HR data across systems to ensure reliable reporting and compliance with organizational standards.

6. Recruitment & Onboarding
β€’ Conduct HR interview rounds and support the recruitment process.
β€’ Coordinate interview scheduling with stakeholders.
β€’ Manage onboarding processes, including induction and employee integration.

7. Payroll Coordination
β€’ Coordinate payroll activities, ensuring timely data submission.


Β Qualifications and Education Requirements


β€’ Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β€’ Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
β€’ Experience managing large employee populations (2000+) across multiple geographies and business/product lines.
β€’ Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β€’ Proficiency in HR systems and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
β€’ Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to African operations will be an added advantage.
