Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide a team of Relationship Managers to acquire and service HNI clients.
• Drive AUM growth by maintaining strong client relationships and acquiring new HNI clients.
• Support team members in advising HNI clients on investment opportunities and portfolio management.
• Deepen relationships with existing clients by enhancing wallet share and cross-selling financial products.
• Identify and track potential HNI prospects in the market for new client acquisition.
• Stay updated on investment opportunities, financial products, and market trends and guide the team accordingly.
• Coordinate with product and research teams (Centralised CFP Team) for investment strategies and portfolio recommendations.
• Conduct and assist in organising seminars, workshops, and other business development initiatives to attract and engage HNI clients.
Qualifications:
• MBA / PGDM or a Graduate degree in Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Certifications in Financial Planning or Wealth Management will be an added advantage (e.g., CFP).
Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in HNI relationship management, financial planning, and sales within the BFSI sector.
• Proven experience in HNI client acquisition, relationship management, and client servicing.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Pre-Requisites:
• Prior team handling experience of at least 6 members.
• Experience in broking, private banking, or wealth management organisations.
• Proven experience managing clients with minimum investments of ₹50 lakhs and above.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong tenure in both current and previous organisations.
