Job Purpose:
The incumbent will support the leadership team in driving business growth, client segmentation, product innovation, and operational efficiency across the Private Wealth Management business. The role involves conducting market research, competitive benchmarking, financial analysis, and developing strategic recommendations to strengthen client acquisition, deepen wallet share, and enhance service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:
   • Track industry trends, competition strategies and emerging products to provide actionable insights.
2. Business Performance Analysis:
   • Analyze business performance metrics (AUM growth, revenue trends, client segmentation, RM productivity, etc.).
   • Support preparation of management dashboards.
3. Strategic Planning & Initiatives:
   • Assist in formulating business strategies to enhance client acquisition, deepen wallet share, and drive fee income.
   • Coordinate cross functional initiatives like new product launches and process improvements.
4. Client Segmentation & Wallet Share Analysis:
   • Conduct client profiling and segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
   • Support wallet share analysis to drive cross sell and up-sell initiatives.
5. Process Improvement & Project Management:
   
   • Work with technology and operations teams for automation and process simplification.
   • Drive execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery across stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, in Wealth Management or Banking.
• Professional degree like CA or MBA will be preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and strategy tools/software.
