Job description

Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling and resolving due diligence queries raised by consultants, liaising with Banks, NBFCs, and AIFs for their credit assessments, and supporting detailed financial modelling with scenario analysis.
• Supervise the preparation of Diligence reports by Consultants in a timely manner by troubleshooting any data gaps by liasoning with client and resolving any teething issues/commercial discussions with Tax, Legal, Financial and Technical Consultants.
• Participation in term sheet negotiations and execute end to end transaction documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closure.
• Oversee preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Models, Presentation materials and any other documents in connection with various debt proposals.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as and when needed.
• Formulate syndication strategy and restructuring plans tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
• Negotiation and interaction with clients and lenders to facilitate debt proposals and approvals.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless execution of debt transactions.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and industry developments affecting investment banking activities / financial advisory services.
• Strong communication, analytical capability, and the ability to manage multiple deal processes efficiently

Required Skills:
• 8-12 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory services.
• Proven track record in consummating debt deals and/or debt restructuring plans.
• Strong understanding on financial modelling and preparation of presentation materials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry best practices 

Qualification:
CA / MBA / PGDM (from a reputed institute)
