Job Title : Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance (Billing, Risk & Reconciliation)
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing & FLDG Tracking
- Manage partner-wise and co-lender-wise billing (monthly calculations & settlements)
- Compute and track FLDG/DLG based on loan performance
- Handle billing queries, disputes, and partner coordination
- Prepare and maintain billing models, FLDG frameworks, and commercial structures
- Support new partner onboarding with billing models
- Track FDs / Bank Guarantees / collateral coverage
- Assist in commercial inputs for legal agreements
- Manage FLDG adjustments between stakeholders
- Adapt billing as per changes in commercial terms / hurdle rates
- Reconciliation of Flow
- Perform daily / weekly / monthly reconciliation of disbursements, collections, inflows & outflows
- Reconcile GLAAS pay-in / payout and fund movements
- Track POS and validate with system & partner data
- Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and partners
- Ensure end-to-end fund reconciliation and audit readiness
- Coordinate with tech/ops for system gaps, missing entries, and reports
- Maintain paid vs payable accuracy across partners and co-lenders
Skill Sets:
- Strong understanding of lending / NBFC / fintech ecosystem
- Knowledge of FLDG, co-lending and billing structures
- Prior experience in reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data handling, automation)
- Ability to work with large datasets and financial reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in numbers
- Experience in partner coordination and stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of legal/commercial agreements in lending
- Familiarity with loan management systems (LMS) / fintech platforms
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
