Job description

Job Title :  Assistant Manager – HR (Payroll)

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

 KRAs Post Recruitment – On boarding Formalities

• Post, selection – verification of documents & release the offer letter
• On the day of joining, complete the documentation part, creation of personal file, upload in HRMS Software.
• Prepare the employment correspondence – Appointment/Confirmation / PIP/Warning etc
• Creation of ESSL/ Spine / Axpert (if require) login.
Offboarding Activities:
• Resignation Acceptance
• Assist in taking the Exit Interview
• On the last day of working – complete the documentation part – exit clearance & handover docs

• Prepare the Experience / Relieving Letter
• Process the Full and Final Settlement.

Attendance Management:

• Prepare the day-to-day attendance report – location wise & send to Management
• Attend the queries of employees related to Attendance & leaves
• Verification of Monthly Attendance.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
• Prepare the consolidated payroll input file
• Process the salary location wise
• Sent the new joinee data to the consultant for PF/ESIC challan preparation
• Process the challan payment of PF/ESIC/ PT/MLWF
• Process the contractual / Professional employees invoice payment.

HRMIS:

• Update the various HR reports – Joiners report, Attrition report
• Recruitment tracker – open v/s closed position status
• Recruitment subscription report
• Spine ticket report
• Attrition Report
• Other reports as & when management require.


Technical Competencies:

• Ms Excel & Presentation skills
• ERP based HRIS System knowledge (SPINE Must)
• Thorough knowledge of Labour Laws and Compliance
