Job Summary:
The role involves supporting business growth through the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) channel by building relationships with advisors, acquiring new IFAs, and achieving assigned AUM and revenue targets. The candidate will also assist in providing sales support, product training, and service to IFAs while contributing to overall business development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
β€’ Work towards achieving assigned AUM and revenue targets in the given territory.
β€’ Support sales initiatives to increase business through the IFA channel.
2. IFA Relationship Management:
β€’ Maintain strong relationships with existing Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
β€’ Regularly meet advisors to understand their business needs and provide support.
3. IFA Acquisition:
β€’ Identify and onboard new potential IFAs to expand the distribution network.
β€’ Assist in activating newly empaneled advisors.
4. Sales Support:
β€’ Provide product information, sales support, and guidance to IFAs.
β€’ Help advisors in client meetings and investment discussions when required.
5.Training & Engagement:
β€’ Support in conducting product training sessions, investor awareness programs, and client seminars.
6. Service & Query Resolution:
β€’ Ensure timely resolution of operational and service-related queries raised by IFAs.
7. Team Coordination:
β€’ Work closely with the sales team and senior management to achieve business objectives.

Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
