Position: Chartered Accountant (Audit & Assurance)

Experience: 1-2 Years
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1+ years of experience in core audit functions to join our Audit & Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to audits across listed and private companies and demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Statutory Audits for public and private companies in compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
• Execute Internal Audits to evaluate operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform bank audits, including Statutory Bank Branch Audits, Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits, Third-Party Audits, and Income Leakage Audits.
• Carry out Tax Audits as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act.
• Conduct VAT Audits in accordance with applicable state VAT regulations.
• Assist in audits empanelled with CAG for government organizations.
• Participate in Special and Investigative Audits, including assignments related to mergers, amalgamations, and official liquidations.
• Prepare audit reports, documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Work Exposure:

• Audit of listed and private companies across diverse sectors.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
