Job Title : RTA Operation (Mutual fund)

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Handling activities related to New Fund Offer Setup and Allotment.
• Regulatory MIS reporting (AMFI, SEBI, RBI, INCONE TAX)
• Audit Support –
• Follow up with RTA for raised data requirements by Auditors.
• Review of data received from RTA and ensuring all Audit deliverables are provided within TAT.
• Handling calls from Auditors for queries or clarifications required.
• Brokerage Support –
• Brokerage reconciliation and payment
• Tracking of brokerage withheld and withheld clearance.
• Tracking of brokerage rejection and repayment.
• Coordinate with RTA for transaction processing, NIGO Clearance and daily BAU support.
• Vendor Management and Payment processing.
• Handling escalations, finding RCA and build checks in process to avoid escalation in future.
• Keeping tab on processing of special products such as SIP, STP and SWP.
• Work on implementation on circulars issued by SEBI, AMFI, IT and other regulatory bodies.
• Support to sales team, client response team and internal departments.
• Coordination with vendors BSE, NSE, MFU, CDSL, NSDL for NFO related activity & BAU support
• Keeping tab on redemption funding Vs payout, posting control and refunds to investors.
