Role Summary:

• We are hiring an Analyst/Associate/AVP to support evaluation and execution of secondary and unlisted private market investments, including late stage VC, growth equity, pre-IPO, and structured secondary transactions.
• This is a sell -side role with direct exposure to decision making, deal structuring, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Evaluation
  1. Build and maintain financial models (3 statement, unit economics, cap tables, IRR/MOIC)
  2. Analyze secondary deal structures (direct transfers, ESOP liquidity, partial exits, SPVs)
  3. Conduct valuation benchmarking (public comps, private comps, last-round analysis)
  4. Prepare investment memos / IC notes with risk, return, and downside scenarios
• Transaction Execution
  1. Support end-to-end execution of unlisted & secondary transactions
  2. Review term sheets and commercial SPA clauses (economics, preferences, protections)
  3. Coordinate with lawyers, compliance, custodians, and counterparties
  4. Track closing mechanics, transfers, and documentation
• Market Tracking & Portfolio Support
  1. Track secondary market activity in VC backed and pre-IPO companies
  2. Maintain deal pipeline and internal investment trackers
  3. Support portfolio monitoring, valuation updates, and reporting
     
     

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Experience in IB (Front or Back office), Family Office, Equity Research, Transaction Advisory, CA, Audit firms, or Transaction Advisory
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Comfort working with unlisted companies and incomplete data
• High ownership mindset; execution-oriented
